Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
- The return must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period
- Proof of purchase or a receipt need to be provided
- Certain items such as personalised goods, perishable items, and sealed hygiene products that have been opened, are exempt from returns.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account, using the account section on the website.
- Using the "Orders" tab, select the order you wish to return and proceed with the instructions on screen.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Use the label provided to ship the products back to us.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns from most EU countries, a flat rate of €7.95 will be applied. For returns from outside the EU, shipping costs may vary depending on the country and courier used. These costs will be communicated when your return request is approved. The return shipmen costs will be deducted from your order refund amount.
If you received the wrong item or your order was processed in error, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Refund Process
Once we received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If the refund was approved, your original payment will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damages and issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographic evidence of the issue, in order for us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale items or Gift cards
